Cloud Hotel & Suites Nairobi

It was truly a really great stay at the hotel, the property met standard. I loved our standard double room with twin beds.

The staff - some of them were poor.

We liked this fairly clean hotel with a good reception. The staff were professional and knowledgeable in case of questions. Check-in was good.

The hotel was hip new and clean in a good area. The food was great and there were variety of dishes in the menu. The venue had a central location and it was a short walk to Ramoma Modern Arts Museum.

The venue is cheap, clean and the location is perfect very close to a shopping mall and supermarket and a commercial center.

Non-smoking room, unbeatable location. Kind staff with good manners. I loved having an individual safe, an iron and an electronic key card. You could walk to shopping centres and supermarkets. Brand-new place with good service too.

I liked it, lovely place. Incredibly beautiful view, a large balcony, good bed, too. The staff did all they can for a good stay. Awesome food, finger food and burgers were served in the Irish bar. Small garden and excellent pool...

We had the best stay at this wonderful hotel. Our room was lovely, beds lovely and a strategic location. Lots of supplies in the room : climate control, terrace and mosquito nets. The staff was sweet in managing every request.

The bed was comfortable, so we had a very lovely stay. Fairly clean accommodation, fashioned rooms and favourable location. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was spicy. There were climate control, an individual safe and a sitting area in the room, loved that.

Perfect for city trip. The hotel staff was HELPFUL indeed. Quick room service. We will choose it for sure for next trip when visiting Nairobi.
